Be Hostels Reservations

Reservation Payment Conditions:

 

No charge is made on your card on any prepaid concept. The total value of the reservation is paid on arrival.

 

Cancellations outside our policy, or in case of not arriving on the day of entry, the amount of the first night will be charged on your card.

 

If the credit card data provided is false and a reservation system error is processed, the reservation is invalid and will be therefor automatically canceled without notice.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations need to be made via e-mail. No cancellations will be accepted by telephone.

 

Cancellations made until the day before arrival (before 12 am) will not be penalized or charged.

 

Cancellations made after 12 am on the day before arrival will be penalized with the charge of the first night on the credit card provided.

 

In the case of a “no-show”, the reservation will be charged on the credit card.

 

For bookings made through other pages, please contact directly regarding booking fee and deposit.

 

Amendment and Cancellation Conditions:

 

Amendments to a reservation must be made only by email, and if necessary the cancellation policy will apply.

 

Any discrepancy between the reserved and received services, must be resolved directly in the hotel at the reception during the lodging.

 

In cases of a refund, the bank transfer expenses that may occur will be borne by the customer.

 

Hostels Information:

 

Breakfast, Internet, blankets and maps are included in the price.

 

Towels and linens can be rented at reception for 2.5 € per stay.

 

Check-out time is 11:00. If the Check-out occurs later than 12:00 p.m., an extra night will be charged.

 

A Check-out occurring later than 12:00 and not being reported at the reception, entitles the hostel staff to remove personal belongings from the room.

 

At check-in you must provide a photo ID identification card, driving license or passport.

 

Upon check-in the full amount of the total stay must be paid. Also at check-out, the box office keycard and sheets must be returned.

 

Customers who do the check-out before the agreed date apply for the cancellation policy for reimbursement.

 

No pets allowed.

 

The hostel reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the stay of guests at their discretion.

 

All customers will behave with respect towards other guests or staff of the hostel and will be responsible for their actions during the stay in our facilities.

 

If the details provided at time of booking are incorrect the reservation is not confirmed.

 

Conditions of use of Be Hostels online Booking System:

 

All users must be of legal age (18 years) and need to have the legal capacity to contract the services offered on this website.

 

Your personal information shall be true and will be dealt with according to the law.

 

Prices and booking conditions are those specified on this website.

 

Offers are valid for the time stated in the statements of the same.

 

In case of computer or typographical errors in prices, we will correct them as soon as they are detected by applying the resulting corrections, provided that the diligence process and prior to the start date of service, will permit it.

 

The I.V.A. / V.A.T is included in the price of the reservation.
