This week Be Hostels presents you the 16th Earth fair (Fira per la terra) in Parc Ciutadella and Passeig Lluís Compays, on the 16-17 of April 2011 and the comic fair from the 14th until the 17th of April, at the Fira de Barcelona.
The Earth Fair is organized in the city of Barcelona by the Earth Day Catalunya association and wants to alert people about the danger and aggressiveness that modern society is doing to our beloved planet, and try to incentivate more respect, solidariety and cooperation towards it. It encourages the production of local goods and services, realized with respect towards the people and the environment, that are the base of human life quality.
So if you like the idea of buying some nice natural products or simply just check for something nice for your home done by a local artifact, be sure to take a walk around the parc, enjoy the nature and support this cause!
The Comic Fair takes place at the Fira de Barcelona at Plaça Espanya, the main exposition center in the city of Barcelona from the 14th until the 17th of April. For fans of comics this is a must see, as it goes over almost every kind of superhero, character or collection there ever has been! Plus you get a free comic with very entry!
