Un Dia de Nassos! (A Red Nose Day!) is a great solidarity event in benefit of children in Catalan hospitals. The benefits obtained this day contribute to make possible the humanization of health and support Pallapupas’ work, so that the attention people at hospitals receive becomes more human, promoting emotional and physical recovery, and making their stay at hospitals as little traumatic as possible.
This year, Noses’ Day! will allow you to enjoy, with your family and friends, and with a 50% off the usual price, of four leisure facilities in Barcelona: the Zoo, the Tibidabo Amusement Park, the Poble Espanyol (Open-Air Museum) and the Futbol Club Barcelona Museum. In these spaces all participants will receive Pallapupas’ red nose, which will be your passport to enjoyment. Collected money will go to Pallapupas – Hospital Clowns. In the last 12 years, this NGO has attended more than 300.000 people, adults and children, in 16 Catalan hospitals. Moreover, this year, we have a very special ambassador: José Manuel Pinto, FC Barcelona’s goalkeeper, who has actively supported Pallapupas and has even worn the red nose!
Tickets can be bought in advance at www.undiadenassos.org. The Zoo and the Tibidabo Park will have tickets available for selling on the same day, but for the FC Barcelona Museum and the Poble Espanyol tickets can only be bought in advance.
Sunday October 7th, with Pallapupas, red noses will be the symbol of solidarity, and will help us get two big objectives for that day: a) contributing to the sustainability of Pallapupas’ projects in the sanitary centres where we already work hand in hand with medical staff and b) raising awareness about illness, so that people who are ill can live this situation with less solitude.
Thanks to all that makes possible this event! Buy your tickets and help at the same time!
Good luck Pallapupas!
